BBC was established in 1967 and has a membership of over 1200 riders. The mission of our not-for-profit recreational organization is to promote and sponsor bicycling activities in Baltimore City and neighboring Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties. The BBC also promotes, defends, and protects the rights of bicyclists for a safe road riding environment in our communities through advocacy and education.

This constitutes as group, in my mind, as there are organizers, volunteers, and different routes that highlight different communities and different businesses each month. The Office of Sustainability develops and advocates for programs, policies, and actions by government, citizen, businesses, and institutions that improve the long-term environmental, social, and economic viability of Baltimore City. In addition to overseeing and tracking the implementation of the Baltimore Sustainability Plan, the Office integrates sustainability into City government operations and develops partnerships with ground performing related work.

MidAtlantic Bicycle Racing Association
The premiere cyclocross series in the Mid-Atlantic region, comprising races in four states ffrom September through December, and including both UCI C2 and USAC races. Competition ranges from races for juniors and beginner men and women, to elite fields for men, women, and masters racers.
